Chess Tournament – MCC Summer Rapid ’23

**PLEASE NOTE:** You must register in our website in order to participate. Free to spectatate.
The Miramar Chess Club will hold a U.S. Chess Federation (USCF) rated 5-round Swiss tournament for up to 50 players. All rounds are Game in 20 minutes, with 5-second delay.

**PRIZES:**(contingent upon 40 entries) U1900 = $300 – 150 – 100; U1400 = $100; 1st Place trophies and medals for 2nd and 3rd place in all sections.

**ROUNDS**: 5 rounds. Round 1 begins at 9:30am.

**Sections**: U1900 and U1400.
Sections may be merged or changed for pairing purposes.
Please bring your own chess equipment.
Parents are NOT allowed to spectate beyond designated spectators area.

**REGISTRATION**: ALL PLAYERS must have a valid USCF membership ID# to participate. Non-USCF members can purchase a membership when registering. USCF membership MUST be purchased or renewed before the tournament begins.
**No Onsite registration permitted.**

**ENTRY FEE:** Early Registration of $45 until May 28th.
After the 28th and until June 1st, registration of $60.
