Ever wanted to experience a chess tournament? Our club is providing a small 12 player unrated tournament for free. This is a great opportunity for you to practice in a tournament setting. The prize for 1st place is bragging rights.
DESCRIPTION: The Miramar Chess Center will hold an unrated 5 round Swiss Style tournament for up to 12 players.
FORMAT: All rounds are games of 15 minutes, with a 5-second delay.
ENTRY FEE: FREE
REGISTRATION: ALL PLAYERS must complete the form below in order to participate. Registration availability is based on capacity.
NOTE: Chess sets and clocks will be provided. However, please feel free to bring your own if you would prefer to use them.
TOURNAMENT LOCATION: PUBLIX Super Market at Monarch Town Center (12681 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33027).
